FAQ’s for Platinum Sponsors

Platinum level sponsors who are choosing to contribute swag into the conference swag bags are asked to ship their swag to use prior to the event. We will incorporate your companies swag items into the bags as we prepare for the conference.
All swag items need to arrive at the shipping location no later than Friday, August 12th.

Sponsors will be have access to their exhibition tables, and can begin setting up at 8:30am. All attendees will be arriving at 9:00am for registration and check-in.

Multiple opportunities are embedded in the conference schedule to allow for attendees to visit your tables and learn more about you. There will be two 45 minute windows specifically held for this purpose, as well as opportunities in between speakers.
Following the last speaker presentation, time is also allotted to take one large group photo. If you are interested in using our pictures from the conference for your own marketing purposes, please contact us after the event and let us know.
Be sure to communicate with us if you are in need of more than one seat at your exhibition table so we can plan accordingly. Not all requests may be granted, but we will do our best based on the space we have available.
